A guided way for couples to say the hard thing so it can be heard.
What it is. A structured conversation tool built on Nonviolent Communication. An AI guide walks each partner through five steps: what happened, how it felt, what you needed, what you appreciate, what you’d like to ask, and helps them arrive at words their partner can actually hear. Each side shares only when they choose; then both sides are revealed together.
What it is not. Not therapy, and it says so. No diagnosis, no advice about staying or leaving, no sides taken. If anything unsafe is disclosed, it stops and routes to crisis support first.
Privacy. Words are never used to train AI models, are never shown to a partner until the writer chooses, and can be deleted entirely at any time.
How to use it. Fifteen minutes each, on your own phones, separately. Then send the invitation it helps you write. Bring what you each wrote to your next session if you’re comfortable.
